This game was created by The Diplomatic Pouch Game Queue System

This is a Standard, full-press Diplomacy game intended for players who
have little or no previous Judge experience. If this is not the type of
game you wanted, please do not sign on.

If you aren't already familiar with the Judge, you really should read some
introductory information before you try to play -- I recommend
http://members.cox.net/russblau/guide.html as a starting point, and
http://devel.diplom.org/DipPouch/Online/judge.html has pointers to much
additional information.

You must be registered on USAL before you will be able to sign on to the
game. See http://devel.diplom.org/Email/registration.html.

This game will be run according to my house rules, which are posted at
http://members.cox.net/russblau/rmbhr.htm. I am generally a fairly laid-
back game master, and try not to get in the players' way. However, I do have
a few rules that I will enforce, and if you do not wish to comply with these
rules, then you should not join this game. On the same page, you can also
find my usual game-start advice and suggestions for those not familiar with
use of the Judge.

Please be aware of the deadlines (normally 72 hours for moves and 48 hours
for retreats and builds/disbands, but no deadlines will fall on Saturday or
Sunday). All deadlines are based on local Judge time, which is in the U.S.
Eastern time zone. By signing up for this game, you are making a commitment
to get your moves in on time and to play the game until the end (which could
take several months).

If you have had second thoughts about committing to the game, please let me
know and I will gladly find another player to take your place, with no hard
feelings. Better now than after the game has started!

I encourage players to use the tools at http://www.floc.net/ for maps, game
history, and the like.

Any questions? Just ask.

Your GM,
Russell Blau
