Russia: Army Ukraine SUPPORT Army Rumania -> Sevastapol.
Russia: Fleet Sevastapol -> Black Sea.
Russia: Army Rumania -> Sevastapol.
Instead of supporting it directly, Sevastapol is defended by supporting Rumania into it. This frees Sevastapol to attack the Black Sea, which cuts the potential support into Rumania.
Note that reverse concept of supporting Sevastapol to Rumania is not particularly useful, since the army in Rumania can only attack Bulgaria, which doesn't help.
Now let's turn the tables and play Turkey's side. How can Turkey overcome this new defense? There are two answers, so don't peek until you find both!
