About the Composition

This is a quick transcription of an original tune for an Irish folk song that my right hand came up with while playing on the keyboard. It's very short, but it sounds like the first verse of something. The next step would be to give the song a chorus and then throw some words and a title at it. With all that and a fiddle, it might be worth a listen someday.

As a reminder to myself, I've created more than a few similarly themed files (called sumpelse, surround, and townlove, among others) which I might want to combine with this piece, perhaps as a bridge.
