- Automated Online Mapper (requires only a web browser)
An extremely useful web site that lets you register Judge games and monitors those games, automatically updating the latest moves
and current map whenever orders process. After registering your judge games with the Observer, you can customize your own page
to keep track of deadlines and maps for all your judge games by registering and logging in
here.
- Net'Mapper (version 3.01) (requires only a Java-enabled web browser)
An applet that generates a map from judge output for the standard map or Modern or Youngstown
variants.

Game Management Tools:
- DipTool (version 0.9b)
DipTool is a Java-based game management tool that parses output from Diplomacy
judges, and creates maps for them. It allows the user to create a hierarchical
directory for different games, maintaining a map history for each turn in
the various games.

- Cyberboard Gameboxes for Diplomacy and Colonial Diplomacy
Diplomacy- and Colonial Diplomacy-specific "gameboxes" created for Cyberboard, a utility created expressly to support playing board games by email. Generif information about Cyberboard can be found at the Cyberboard home page.

You will need several DLLs if you don't already have them. Judge players may also be interested in J2Diplo, a program which parses Judge
results and generates Diplo 2.8 files.
- Diplomacy (version 1.51rt, beta version)
Macintosh (MacBinary Stuffit archive (".sit.bin" suffix)). Additional information and instructions can be found at the home page for this program. For non-German speakers, AltaVista's web-based translation service can be used to automatically generate a rough but readable translation. For an English translation, click here.

jDIP is a Diplomacy adjudicator and mapping program that runs on most hardware platforms and supports the 2000 rulebook. The software uses a detailed map (not the simplified, rectilinear map of older versions), and accepts orders through a point-and-click interface or by typing in commands.
