This was the second year of the West Coast Swaggle. This is an award given to the individual accumulating the highest combined tournament standing from the West Coast Diplomacy Tournament Events for that year. In 2005 there were five qualifying tournaments: WACcon in Seattle, Piggyback in Portland, Dip 'n the Ocean in Vancouver, Dragonflight in Seattle, and BadAss Whipping in San Francisco
