We have reserved two full floors of dorm rooms. The rooms are arranged in a 6-room pod structure that share a bathroom and common space. We encourage you to get together with friends and book a pod to yourselves. Early booking is always best, so that we are able to expand our reservation if needed.

Booking a pod at WDC 17 is easy. Simply click this link and reserve your individual room for the event. It's already set up with our group code along with the dates for the event. UBC has kindly added a day on either side of the event, so please make sure you're selecting the dates you are actually going to be in Vancouver.

No problem. The campus does have other options; however, the organizing committee was not able to wrap them into our reservation package. Being a University, these alternatives are somewhat limited, and we have been warned that these alternatives are not only limited, but also very coveted. If you think you have a need for something other than a single bed, we highly encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible.
Reservations for alternative lodging are made by either calling a told free number, 1.888.822.1030, and speaking to a representative, or by emailing you inquiry to [email protected]. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact any member of the organizing committee, and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
